iCAgile Agile Leadership (ICP-LEA) Training

I've been aware of and watching iCAgile as an agile certification body since Ahmed Sidky founded it ~2013. It's a different organization in that they don't get directly involved in running classes. Instead, they define learning tracks and objectives and then validate that courses and instructors can provide excellent instruction around each track and class.

Here's a quote that describes the iCAgile difference--

The International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) accredits training organizations, corporations, academic institutes, and government entities, thereby providing their members with over 20 knowledge-based and competency-based certifications to pursue, based on the ICAgile Learning Roadmap created by experts from around the world.

ICAgile is the only certification and accreditation body to offer knowledge-based and competency-based certifications in every discipline needed to sustain agility in an organization.

And the exciting news is that I've developed a new leadership class accredited by iCAgile for their ICP-LEA, Leading with Agility credential. I am qualified to teach it along with Peter Fischbach and Rhiannon Galen-Personick.

We've already scheduled two public classes for September & November to kick things off. We can also deliver the Leading with Agility class in a client's private setting. The course is a virtual experience across four days in 3.5-hour chunks.

They're a challenging experience intended to spark a leadership transformation journey for (1) each attendee and (2) a team of leaders.
